Purchase/Sales Agreement
1. It is the buyers responsibility to have the puppy seen by his or her vet of choice within 72 hours of purchase. If the buyer does not have puppy seen by a vet within 72 hours the puppy will not be warrantied in any way. If puppy does become ill within 72 hours of purchase a written diagnosis from vet is required for replacement of puppy if, another puppy is available, if a puppy is not available a refund will be given to buyer. In order to receive a replacement puppy or refund the ill puppy will be surrendered to Bottomline-Bullies with written diagnosis on ill puppy from the veterinarian, or puppy will not be replaced. Bottomline-Bullies has provided first (1st) round of parvo and distemper shots. Written proof of vaccinations will be provided to buyer when puppy is purchased. Buyer is then responsible for puppy’s second (2nd) and third (3rd) round of parvo and distemper shots, worming and heart worm preventive through the vet of his or her choice. Bottomline-Bullies has also provided puppy with first worming. Bottomline-Bullies, is not responsible for any complications that arise from any shots or worming not provided by the breeder. Puppy will be received by the buyer with a complete Health Record. Seller does not guarantee puppy to be show quality. Buyer agrees puppy received to be considered pet quality. Seller also, makes no guarantee to size or weight of a dog at maturity. A lot depends on the care the dog receives which is beyond the control of the breeder.
2. Seller is not responsible for your negligence or infectious diseases caused by any yard after leaving “Bottomlline-Bullies” ground. (Infectious diseases such as: Distemper, Influenza Virus, Parvo Virus, and many other harmful disease can be present in the ground soil for up to 10 years.) It is very important that the following shots be adhered to in a timely manner to insure the health of the puppy. It is best to keep your puppy away from other dogs and from places where other dogs may have been at least until after all vaccinations have been completed. Until, this time the puppy may not be fully protected against viruses such as the ones listed above! This means not trips to the park, beach, neighbors yard etc.There may be micoscopic remains of another dog’s feces in the soil that may infect you new puppy ! Be careful, if you get a used doghouse be sure to disinfect it before you use it, there could be diseases in it. Just be very careful.
3. Buyers placing deposits agree that puppy will be picked up at 8 wks of age. Which will be the following date: August 10, 2009 If buyer is unable to pick up puppy by 8 weeks of age the buyer must contact the seller for pick up arrangements. Buyer agrees that the deposits are Non-Refundable and failure to pick up puppy at 8 weeks of age makes agreement void and results in forfeiture of deposit. Any money paid prior to 6 weeks is considered part of the deposit. Deposits are never refundable but transferable.
4. We do not guarantee color. We expect blues, blue fawns, blue brindles in every litter. However coat color is never guaranteed. Be aware of this prior to placing a deposit. If the buyer declines puppy due to coat color deposit will be forfeited. We are striving to produce a certain style of dog not a certain color.
5. The blue coat coloring in most breeds is associated with skin problems some of which are not responsive to treatment. Blue-Coated dogs of all breeds are more prone to bacterial, viral, straph, and fungal infections as well as various forms of dermatitis, allergies, demodex and color mutant alopecia. While some of these conditions are hereditary many of them are simply the result of the blue coat coloring. All skin problems we know of are easily and inexpensively treated. Not all blue coated dogs are affected however you need to be prepared to take care of your dog if a skin or coat condition develops. We do not guarantee against any skin or coat problems. We will not be held responsible for skin or coat problems that are common for dogs with the blue coloring. We have done countless hours of research and had lengthy conversations with out vets. We suggest you also discuss this with your vet or research this issue online before you decide to buy a blue-coated dog or with parents who are blue! Most breeders will not tell you this, but we think you have the right to know.
6. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the seller has contact information to be able to reach you. If buyer should move, have phone number change…etc. It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify seller. Seller will not attempt to track buyer down if information has changed since deposit was paid. If we are unable to reach you when it is time for you to pick up your puppy. Your puppy will be sold and deposit will not be refunded.
7. Terms of payment are cash (only if paid in person), certified check, and money order. Sorry, NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted. Buyer is welcome to make payments on their puppy prior to pick-up date. However, this is not required. Money sent by mail must be sent to the following address below and envelope should be marked “Personal and Confidential”. If is suggested you send money in such a way that requires signature/delivery confirmation. “Please DO NOT SEND CASH”

9. If there are any questions what so ever please call us and ask them before sending or making a deposit. Sending a deposit indicates you understand and agree to everything contained herein this contract. You will be ask prior to your purchase to read over this carefully and fill out the agreement. There will be a copy for buyer and seller filled out upon receipt of deposit to guarantee that the buyer is fully aware of all guarantees and agreements. By signing this agreement/contract purchaser confirms that they have read and agree to all terms set within this agreement/contract and understands that this is a legal and binding contract.

NOTICE: Deposits are NON-Refundable but can be transferred to another puppy of equal value if sickness, deformity, or complications with the puppy or litter arise. Buyer also understands that the puppy must be paid in full by eight (8) weeks of age. If the full price of the puppy is not paid in full buy the time puppy is eight (8) weeks of age, all money paid will be forfeited, and puppy will be RESOLD !
